We need a Skilled Person to Build Out Sloped Shower Pan w/ liner and mortar (4x6) shower w/ Drain, Seat, Curb, and then Tile it. VERY IMPORTANT. This must have the right pitch/slope for a natural drain as a wet shower. PVC Liner, Mortar and drain you need to know how to do the right way. You'll of course use a wonder board or similar product for surround, have a wet saw, and experience with drains, liners, mortar and leveling for self-run-off of wet showers. The tile floor and walls are all ceramic but we have some marble to cover a bench seat with and the curb. You will have to frame the curb and a small bench seat first. I know roughly how to do it but I don't have the time to do it myself nor the skills to ensure it's done right and so I am looking to contract someone to do it who has the experience and is affordable as well. Again it's the labor and experience we are after. We will provide all materials. Some you will have to pick up at Lowes but you won't have to come out of pocket for anything. This job is ready to start IMMEDIATELY. You will work each day all day until complete. Please reach out only if you have experience and can start by 9 am each day and do the work until it's complete. There is no tear out! It's a brand new space with a rough drain already in place from a professional plumber and plywood floors brand new and as is the bare 2x4 back walls for the space.
