Description
Looking for dedicated/long-term Drivers and Property Inspectors (FLEXIBLE HOURS/NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED) for the MEMPHIS, TN area.
Must have reliable transportation, access to Smartphone/camera, and a computer with high-speed Internet connection. Must be great at communication and can begin working ASAP.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Driving targeted zip codes with the intent of locating distressed, vacant and/or abandoned properties.
- Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers
- Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties
- Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC
- Taking pictures and video of property and uploading files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or email
- Putting lock boxes at properties
REQUIRED JOB HOURS:
10 to 20 hours per week
PAY (weekly via CashApp)
- Drivers: $1 per qualified lead
- $50 per property inspection
