Renovation Generalist / Light Carpenter

LMR is a growing construction company looking for carpentry skills ranging from the lighter end to the more experienced. We operate in several US states focusing on renovation of single family homes, apartment buildings and the buildout of commercial spaces. We are looking to fill a number of positions ASAP that must be able to handle the work listed below. We pay a good wage and our portfolio of work is expanding rapidly. Please contact Mark at 612-386-9489 if interested, qualified and available. Must have the ability to install and/or complete the following items in a responsible and professional manner. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Light carpentry  Ability to repair light wall damage (use of joint compound, light sanding, etc.)  Light plumbing such as sinks, faucets, water lines and garbage disposals  Light electrical such as light fixtures, switches, outlets/GFIs, etc.  Install appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers  Replace/install cabinet doors, hinges, door/drawer hardware  Ability to remove/install and sometimes repair bed/bath doors and door hardware such as hinges and handles  Ability to install other small hardware such as towel bars, shower rods and toilet paper holders  Ability to paint where needed walls, doors and sometimes ceilings Multifamily/apartment experience preferred. Beginner experience in two or more trades preferred (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting). Working knowledge of appliances preferred. Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. This position is a full-time position and may occasionally require the availability to work some evenings or weekends to make an upcoming deadline.
