Good home for house cat

Looking for a good home for my mother in laws cat. She's in the process of moving in with us, but her cat is not good with other cats or children so I'm trying to find a nice home for him. He's fixed, very well taken care of, and up to date on shots. He can be moody and, as stated, would do best in a house by himself. He's been strictly indoors, but does try to escape. Will come with whatever food, toys, litter, litter pan etc. We have for him.
