scam alert, guy selling broken washers!?

will use term allegedly egregiously light as I was one of possibly many who got taken for $100...allegedly. Justin drives an early 2000 dark color truck, looks to have possible side steps. utilizing 3 cells # to do his scam, allegedly lol... three five 2 on all phones, he may have a partner assisting, but I don't believe that. five six...(blank) three three eight five, another six one nine nine two ZERO like he is, nine and another last digits two one nine four. will get ad #. he agrees to deliver, words his ads along lines... " washer, works great, in good condition, been fully serviced, no issues at all, comes with hoses and cord, clean and ready to go, free local drop-off or delivery and install for fee". its bs and he brought a different washer after we waited 2 hours. he was a no show. then blew upbour phone to meet at night, maybe part of his scam, allegedly. then when we realized after hooking washer up within an hour - JUNK! THE TUB HAD A CRACK WATER POURED OUT, THE TUB WAS CONNECTED TO A MAJOR PART WITH ONE BOLT, 3 MISSING. tried to reach justin on the 3 different# he called from when he blew up our phone to make this sale. After many attempts finally got thru. he agreed to swap washer out next day. he was a NO SHOW. Later after we left message the sale was caught on video, he called cussed us out, every insult in the book, then said he would like to put this behind him and give us our $100 back. AGAIN, A NO SHOW. WE ARE TAKING FOOTAGE AND WASHER TO APPOINTMENT TUESDAY TO DETECTVE WE SPOKE WITH. ANY OTHER VICTIMS WELCOME TO JUMP ON BOARD. JUSTIN YOU RIPPED THE WRONG ARMY WIDOW OFF
