Ashley Shelton, the absolute gong-loving badass, is going to be bringing that metallic fire! She has been doing this for many years and is very attuned to the energy of the gong and knows just how to play it in a way that you'll appreciate. This can be intense for some people. The gong at times can sound and feel like metal soundwaves coursing through your veins like a bulldozer clearing snow, but just know that it works in this way for your benefit to cleanse you energetically. Come if you feel called, and trust the process! Cacao will be served before the event!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every Sunday at 7pm we choose something different! It's like pulling a random spiritual modality out of a hat, so you never know what you're going to get until the week of!
