Bilingual Church looking for Musicians. En Espanol!!

Hello, we are a small Spanish speaking community church. We have a lot of ideas and gatherings for the future but one small problem... we do not have musicians!! We would go through 2-3 interviews and a few trial runs see if you are fit to lead us in worship. We prefer a band but we know the odds of finding a local christian band are very low. However we are willing to disciple one member at a time untill we have a solid band. Pretty much we are looking for Christians who play or are willing to learn and play for our church. Of course being a christian or willing to learn more about Christianity is a must. We would eventually be a Bilibgual Spanish/English Church and if you speak Spanish or want to learn Spanish that is an extra bonus for us. (You don't need to speak Spanish though) Now, this is all voluneteer work and like I said before we are small congregation starting up so we do not have the funds to pay our musicians. However, it can get you some great practice for playing in live events and leading worship in a bigger stage if that's something you wish to pursue in your future. Hola, somos una pequeña iglesia comunitaria de habla hispana. Tenemos muchas ideas y tertulias para el futuro pero un pequeño problema... ¡¡no tenemos músicos !! Pasaríamos por 2-3 entrevistas y algunas pruebas para ver si está en condiciones de guiarnos en la adoración. Preferimos una banda, pero sabemos que las probabilidades de encontrar una banda cristiana local son muy bajas. Sin embargo, estamos dispuestos a discipular a un miembro a la vez hasta que tengamos una banda sólida. Más o menos estamos buscando Cristianos que tocan instrumentos o están dispuestos a aprender y tocar para nuestra iglesia. Por supuesto, ser cristiano o estar dispuesto a aprender más sobre el cristianismo es imprescindible. Eventualmente seríamos una Iglesia Bilibgual Español / Inglés y si hablas Engles o quieres aprender Engles, eso es una ventaja adicional para nosotros. (Aunque no necesitas hablar Engles) Ahora, todo esto es trabajo de voluntarios y como dije antes, somos una pequeña congregación comenzando, así que no tenemos los fondos para pagar a nuestros músicos. Sin embargo, puede brindarte una gran práctica para tocar en eventos en vivo y liderar la adoración en un escenario más grande si eso es algo que deseas perseguir en tu futuro. ¡Comuníquese con nosotros si le encantaría ser parte de lo que estamos construyendo aquí y le encantaría ser un músico de nuestra iglesia para adorar a Dios juntos!
