Come de-stress, come restore, come back to center. Slow Sunday morning flows with guided meditation to get you feeling good. Sunday mornings just got sweeter. Enjoy a more mindful yoga flow that allows you to relax, restore, and re-center. The breath will be a big focus as you explore a more mindful practice that takes inspiration from yin yoga, deep stretch and slow flow yoga. Meditation in motion will be followed by meditation in 'stillness' where you will be guided through various techniques by a trained facilitator that honors your highest intentions. No meditation experience required. Come be curious. This is a BIWEEKLY, 75 minute experience; do not let that intimidate you. And if that sounded yummy, even better. This is just what you need, and what you have been looking for. Gift this time of presence to yourself. Life is busy, let's slow down and be intentional together. This is an all levels yoga class; beginner's welcome . Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively. This space is indoors to ensure a comfortable experience as the cooler weather creeps in. The space is beautiful with mirrors, and ambient lighting. Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are available for use. Please make yourself comfortable while in class whether you choose to wear a mask OR not. We ask that you practice consent with neighbors and be mindful within the space. What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), and an open mind! Where to Find Us: Park in the free parking lot of the business plaza. Enter the building through the Advent Patio (to the right of Paper Place Deli if looking at the building). Take a left down the hallway. About 200 ft down the hallway there will be an opening on your left. There will be a bench and 2 doors. If you veer left toward the bench, Paper Places Deli will be on your left and The Space will be the door on your right. If you hit the hallway with the bathrooms, you have gone too far. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in. If you have never been to any of Habitual Roots' events, please consider registering yourself in the system to allow a quicker check in process.
