Contract opportunity here in Florida we are FIBA certified partnered with 10 plus countries and big exposure across the nation. The National Basketball League United States (NBL-US) is a professional basketball league in the United States established in 1937. Five current NBA teams trace their history back to the NBL: the Atlanta Hawks, the Detroit Pistons, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Sacramento Kings. The NBL-US is preparing players, coaches, officials, trainers, and front-office staff for the FIBA job market while acting as the league’s research and development laboratory. This event will feature 5 new expansion teams in the state of Florida. The teams and coaches in attendance are looking to fill their roster spots for the 2022 Fall season. Showcase is the NBL-US annual pre-season scouting event when all of the league’s teams converge in one city to play in front of NBL-US general managers and player personnel executives. Due to the COVID-impacted 2020-21 season, there was no Showcase in 2021. Prospects who have attended the NBL-US camp made were able to make team rosters. Last season, two Fort Lauderdale Herd guards Anthony Limousin (Mexico) & Keith Seaman (Turkey) both received opportunities to play abroad after the NBL-US season. The 2022 NBL-US Showcase will be held in Delray Beach, FL, at the DS Sportsplex.
