Looking for location for video shoot

I'm looking for a location that I can use for a series of low-budget, indie horror video shoots. Ideally somewhere I can rent by the day as needed. The space doesn't need to be huge, I'll be shooting short scenes against a backdrop. Planning to get started in late February or March. Looking forward to hearing from you.
