We specialize in custom home framing, additions, and small remodels that requires a specific skill set as well as the ability to be self motivated. Join our team of skilled framers and be a part of growing in to the next level. Local framing company is looking to hire framers with minimun 3 years experience in residential framing, or 6 years in a combination of framing, concrete, siding, or roofing. Must be adapted to working outdoors. We have many framing projects ready immediately as well as new builds in the pipeline that would be nice to keep other trades in house. Pay is 10th and 25th. Two weeks total paid time off per year. 90% of work is in Snohomish county. Qualifications include: 3 years minimum experience and have your own tools (other trades helpful but emphasis on framing). Ability to read blueprints and tape. Self sufficent and motivated while still being part of a team. Reliable transportation. Must appear as a healthy representation of the company. Hours are typically from 7:30-4:00 with a 30 minute lunch break and 15 minute break at 10am. Hourly wage is $25-40 depending on position qualification.Lead quality is priority.
