Cannabis Garden (Seattle)
compensation: Hourly employee paid every 2 weeks. Employment type full-time.
We are looking for a person to join our garden crew.
The job entails: dealing with all aspects of plant growth also building, maintenance & cleaning.
You'll need to be capable of being meticulous in all tasks. We require no previous experience. Just a hard and efficient work ethic above all, as well as the desire to learn and listen.
The work schedule is variable depending on the plants needs but will be established months in advance.
Starting pay is $18 an hour but because of the variability in the schedule, we will guarantee a minimum of 60 hours per pay period. Performance review every 6 months with raise potential.
