Press release from Fairfax County Public Schools: December 17, 2021 The December 16, 2021, regular meeting opened up with a performance of the National Anthem by the Luther Jackson Middle School Advanced Treble Chorus under the direction of Margie Woods. The School Board approved the Human Trafficking Awareness Month Resolution. The FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) was presented to the School Board.  The CIP Public Hearing is scheduled on January 4, 2022.   The Board approved the Family Engagement Policy and the recommended changes to the Governance Manual regarding the Minority Student Achievement Oversight Committee.
