Part Time Maintenance man needed for a small HOA in Riviera Beach. Work schedule would be: Monday, Wednesday and Friday Hours: 9:30am - 12:30pm You would have to work at least 3 hours each day. There are plenty more hours to be given depending on the candidates knowledge and skill. Must have basic maintenance knowledge: Light electrical - Change outlets or fixtures Light plumbing - Change faucet and water lines Sprinklers - Changing sprinkler heads, fixing broken sprinkler lines, adding additional funny pipe, turn on sprinkler system and set zones. Light Carpentry - Add shelving if needed, cut down doors, cut 2x4's and plywood. Power Wash - We are a small community and we power wash the sidewalks. We provide to power washer. Pick up palm fronds and place them in a spot for landscaping to pick up. Paver knowledge - Fix unleveled pavers that shifted over the years. Pick up garbage around the community and around the dumpsters. Move bulk items to the bulk garbage pick up area when tenants don't follow rules. You will be working basically as a sub-contractor for the community, you will submit a 1099 form. You will not be put on payroll. You will have to submit your hours weekly with an invoice and will be paid the following week by check. This position pays anywhere from $17an hour - $25an hour depending on your skill set.
