MILFORD - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 15, Vipulkumar Gandhi, of Milford, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Food Fare in Milford and won $10,000.
