Feeling Calm in Times of Stress
Join us for this guided meditation over Zoom -- calm your mind and body during stressful times.
The imagery will bring you to places of peace and calming, leaving your mind and body renewed and energized.

This class is a fundraiser for our local food bank. Free for people in need.
