Electrician/Handyman to make extension cord for power saw

I have a new delta unisaw that I want to power off of an extension cord from my garage dryer. I messed with it all weekend and couldn’t get it to work. I have the right parts I think. Need someone who has done this before. Either an electrician, handy man or old shop guy. I’m hoping to have this set up before Christmas. Tell me what makes it worth your time. Willing to barter and trade too. I’m located off of 80 and Antelope in a residential neighborhood. See pictures for details.
