Need honest reliable human doublewide remodel

Please read the entire post I have a large older model doublewide with several projects needing done so I can move on in life This includes but not limited to some framing, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc etc I would like to sort through replies over the next week or so and find someone ready to start after the holidays I have a lot of experience in remodel and renovation however my working on this nights and weekends just isn’t getting this done in a timely manner and has driven me slightly insane and now I am turning to CL in order to find some help. I am looking for a smart working (preferably non tobacco user ) who has extensive remodel experience, solid transportation, (4WD recommended as the property is up a gravel Mtn road ) a decent tool cache, liability insurance and is not addicted to there phone I want to put all projects in writing and am open to hourly and / or bid pricing, this place is a can of worms 🪱 and I need a worm tamer I can trust to work without extensive oversight. I work a full time job and leave out early in the morning so this person(s) would likely be showing up without me here and will need to be trusted to work alone however I can be available when needed for anything needing a second set of hands Prefer someone who has been in the area a while and not some fly by nighter, will also need to see some pics of your work and will want local references from someone other than your brother in law I am easy going and have a good sense of humor however I will expect to see results, all materials will be provided and I am willing to invest in some tools where needed but mostly should be good with the exception of a table saw which I’m willing to purchase The property is in a rural but populated location and I am willing to trade work in exchange for rent to the right person, I need to get this place wrapped up and ready to rent so I can get out of Asheville The job site is in a really great spot with Mtn views, a waterfall, wildlife and good neighbors and I am looking forward to hearing from some talented folks interested in helping out and making some $$
