GREAT opportunity to make some extra money, with not many hours of obligation. Approximate hours: 8 per week+/- depending on park needs. We have a wonderful new trailer park, with all new travel trailers that will be occupied for transitional housing in Talent, OR. Must be able to obligate to a small amount of hours each month/week AND be able to respond to trailer issues quickly when urgent repairs are needed (eg; leaking shower, broken refrigerator, broken toilet, etc.). NEED/JOB DESCRIPTION: Someone familiar with travel trailers/repairing them, this includes being able to troubleshoot leaks (plumbed with PEX), parts, siding, sealant repair/touch-up, testing and re-installing appliances (appliances that need any major repair will be replaced). Basic troubleshooting and help with keeping lines and connections safe. We have a senior Trailer Mechanic who resides in Klamath Falls that will also be helping to maintain the trailers, and can be a guide for whoever gets selected for this job.
