DUBLIN, CA — The California Highway Patrol reports that a fatal traffic collision on eastbound Interstate Highway 580 in Dublin has closed the left four lanes of the roadway early Sunday under the overpass of Interstate Highway 680. The CHP responded to a 2:35 a.m. report of a vehicle fully engulfed in flames and multiple vehicles involved. The CHP issued a SigAlert at 2:55 a.m., closing the left four eastbound lanes of the roadway with no estimated time of reopening and called for the coroner 10 minutes later.
