making music on the river

Hello Fello music ppl! I’ll get right to the point: I have a badass space overlooking the river in Del Valle and I want to fill it up with music! The house has high ceilings, wooden floors, and plenty of space to jam, record, etc. The backyard is literally a private beach with a stage, perfect for open mics, rehearsal space, intimate shows, etc…eventually! Almost a freaking Shagri-La lol. I am a songwriter, vocalist, and comfortable with guitar and keys. Hoping to meet/jam w a few musicians and see what clicks for something more regular!
