Looking for a long-term rv spot with hookups

We have a 35' 2005 Toy hauler fifth wheel that we are wanting to move into. We were staying with someone during the pandemic because we were down to one income. I received a promotion so we can now afford something ourselves and my dad offered his fifth wheel if we move it down here. That being said we now need to find somewhere to rent so we can live in it for probably about a year before we look into buying something. I don't make a lot but I could afford something around $700 or less (preferably less). Because I have to pay about $2,000 to move the RV funds are limited for deposits, etc. But I can try to figure that out as well if necessary or preferably someone can work with a payment system for a few months. Please let me know if there is anything anywhere from Fresno to Delano Hanford to Lemon Cove, I work in Tulare and am in Fresno now so an hour drive isn't the best but its doable. Thank you!
