4 year old recently neutered male Border Collie mix. Must find an owner with experience with the breed. Will try to play dumb and misbehave if you let him get away with it, need someone who understands smart breeds. No small children, small pets, or hyper dogs in home. Good with people and loves children he is very calm and gentle with them inside. But his breed means he has a strong drive to correct and herd. He gets excited by running children and high energy animals, and will want to chase and herd them by nippng. Does best when on leash and responds well when corrected and told no. Potty trained, knows basic commands, and has all shots. Kennel trained and has microchip. Is good with most dogs on leash, but can have issues with high energy breeds or dogs looking to dominate him, as he wants to control them. Is fine with collie breeds and calm dogs. He is very snuggly and calm when inside. With the right person, he will be the best friend, follow you everywhere and gladly listen.
