One of my cockatiels recently passed away and I would like to get another one for my other cockatiels as they seem heartbroken. Preferably price under 200 if possible, willing to drive up to an hour (give or take) away, and also preferably a male lutino but any cockatiel that bonds with mine will be amazing Thank you in advance
