Hi! I'm Cory - lead guitarist/vocalist whose looking to start a project. I've fronted two different bands, and was a former live sound/studio engineer in Portland (Roseland, Warped Tour, RockHard PDX, Soundlab Recording Studio) My stuff typically sounds like (kind of like grunge w/ a psychedelic twist): -Sonic Youth -Fugazi -Autolux -Smashing Pumpkins -Radiohead There are some rough demos here on my soundcloud: www.soundcloud.com/thesensorylevel Gear: -Peavey PA w/ 2x 15" mains and 2x 12" monitors -Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier w/ 4x12 Marshall cabinet -Full set of studio mics & Logic Pro X editing suite (iMac) As per my goals, mostly just looking for a fun group of guys to jam with, once a week or so. I have a bassist that's reliable as well. Playing out likely secondary to cutting a solid record, but definitely interested in both.
