DMV foyer

San Antonio TX
Description
We met in the foyer at the DMV office--I have never seen you before--you said that you thought that you were late because you had failed to change the time on the digital clock on the dashboard of your car to compensate for Daylight Savings Time, and you were concerned that you might have missed an appointment. Your beautiful and sparkling eyes above the mask that you wore were enchanting, and the colors of your hair were as intriguing as the color of your lovely manicured nails as you shared your thoughts with someone on the other end of your cell phone. I could not help but notice the wide gold band on the ring finger of your left hand--and I'm sure that you saw mine, as well. We are both happily and successfully involved in a committed relationship, it seems. Still--I was entranced by the shape of your lovely body in that snug fitting, grey one-piece sheath that came to mid-thigh on your well developed legs. The zippered, sleeveless top of the sheath was partially open down the front, and made it that much more enticing. We spoke only briefly, as you asked me what time the offices there might be closing, but I'm certain that you knew that I was staring at the total package that you presented. We stood together and waited by the front windows, even though there was plenty of seating in the main waiting area--together, and apart, at the same time--but, you were close enough to me to reach out and touch my arm, once, gently, but very briefly--and you didn't walk away. My number was called, and I concluded my business with the office and passed directly in front of you as I left the building, without another word between us--I cannot imagine what "might have been" if I had said anything more to you, but the image of your beauty is branded on my brain, and the thought of you--even though I will never know your name or the warmth of your smile--will be mine, and mine alone, to cherish until I go to my grave. If, by chance, you happen to see this, I hope that it brings you a smile because of that moment we shared, when our eyes locked and you KNEW that I was so madly in love with you that my heart skipped a beat--and that it is a moment that you will also treasure and never share with another-- Perhaps, some day, we will pass each other on the street and, once again, you will know that someone else loves you, from afar--
