Lilo is one of the most incredible creatures I have ever met. She is cuddly, smart, silly, and loves to play. She loves swinging upside down from the top of her cage like a bat! Lilo is a huge fan of veggies and fruit- and especially likes nutriberries. She is currently being fed roudybush pellets and a fresh veggie chop that I make- I'd be happy to share some recipes with whoever ends up adopting her. As many GCCs do, Lilo can be nippy. If she is scared, or doesn't want to be held, she will bite, and GCCs have an impressive beak. So you'll want to be sure this is something you are comfortable dealing with. This is especially common when adjusting to a new home. We really would like to keep her, but I have been having to travel out of state often to visit my ill mother, and I haven't been able to spend the amount of time with her that she deserves. I would love to see her go to someone who can keep me up to date on how she is doing, and has the free time to be able to spend lots of their time with her.
