Sweater at the Puyallup fairgrounds

My 5 year old daughter lost a small grey, black, and blue knitted sweater with animals and clouds on it at the dinosaur event at the Puyallup fairgrounds. It was given to her by my brother from austria at her birth so its very valuable. Unsure if it was stolen or just grabbed by mistake but she is heartbroken. Please if anyone has seen it let me know
