Photo Editing Needed

We got married 5 years ago and our photographer's ability did not match her portfolio, AT ALL. She didn't take very many photos and half of them are blurry. Of the ones that are not blurry, most of them are crooked or have awkward lighting or poses. I honestly don't know what can be done with today's technology, but I'm thinking that if I could at least end up with 10 or 20 photos that aren't ridiculous, I would be very happy. If I even had 1 or 2 that would be worth freaking, I would be ecstatic. If you could respond with your fee (per photo or a total fee for X amount of photos) and maybe a few examples of edits you have done, I would appreciate it.
