My Lost Feral/Stray Cat

My feral/stray cat, named Buddy (responses to Cat, Orange Cat, Buddy, or Babe) recently came home from a fight (swollen face & dislocated or broken leg) on Saturday December 11, 2021. He is not friendly towards other humans and it's very hard to pick him up as he panics. I had no means to get him to the vet until he disappeared on Tuesday Dec 14, 2021. He is at least 5+ years old, unneutered, and injured. Orange and white short hair tabby. I have been working on gaining his trust for 4 years (this past fall he just decided to lay in my lap). I am devastated and I am miserable. I think he walked off to die but I don't want to give up hope. I last seen him in front of my neighbors' house Tuesday Dec 14, 2021 around 4pm off of Johnswoods Rd in Lusby. I want him back but if he's died that's ok. I just need closure.
