DRUMMER LOOKING FOR PLACE TO KEEP DRUMS SET UP FOR REHEARSAL.

King of Prussia PA

Description

Hello, My name is Philip, I'm a professional that lives/works in King of Prussia. This is being cross posted so I'm sorry if you see it more than once. Aside from working full time I play drums and I'm learning to teach myself how to record drums. I rent an apartment and unfortunately I'm not able to play drums here. I'm looking to see if anyone has a commercial or residential space they might be willing to rent/sublet to me to set up a studio, for a lockout type situation. The area I'm aiming for is KOP, Norristown, Bridgeport but under the right circumstances, I can travel further. The amount of space I need is no bigger than a bedroom. Electric is needed for my mixer/computer. In a commercial setting, a back room will do if you have a storefront, restaurant, office etc. I tend to play later anyway when any of those would be more likely to be closed and you would be gone for the day. In a residential setting, a basement, detached garace etc. would work. The purpose of this would be to leave my kit and mics set up at all time so I can show up and get to work rather than haul all my stuff somewhere and set up each time. If you're a band who rents a lockout and you're looking to decrease your band's overhead- if there's room for my kit and a space to work, I can sublet your lockout if that works for you. If anyone or band is in a position where they're in a tough spot with their rent/mortgage and we could both benefit, please let me know so we can discuss details. I can provide any sort of references, credentials etc. Thanks! Happy Holidays! *I'd also like to make it known that I'm looking for a spot that is safe and protected in terms of lights, security systems, being able to lock my stuff up as well as being safe from a health perspective, no mold, black mold, asbestos etc.*
