General Summary: Responsible for carrying out the daily duties, including but not limited to: track set up and take down; preparing tubes for customers, distributing helmets to guests; instructing customers on how to work machines; instructing customers on safety guidelines, assisting customers in need; and disinfecting machines/equipment used. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Have snowmobiles and snow tubes ready at opening time. • Disinfect machines/equipment used • Assist guests with questions/concerns • Timecard management Required Knowledge and Abilities: • Capacity to work as a team member or alone to achieve expected results • Love for the outdoors and winter activities Education and Experience: • Friendliness and customer service professionalism expected
