German shepherd female found in neighborhood around 500-523 WEST HARNEY LANE, LODI,CA. She has NOT been scanned for a microchip yet. She appears to have had puppies in recent past. Cataracts. She appears to have cataracts in both eyes, one eye is a bit more whitish than the other. Rough coat. He coat is a little rough, she may have been loose for a while. Wary She is wary of men but approached women more easily.( Probably because of cataracts limiting her vision). She got in my friends truck but wasn't at ease on the way to my friends brothers. She is currently in their backyard, with a blanket, found and water, but howled the first night constantly. My friend is trying to find the owners but there were no tags on her collar. I don't know collar color yet. I want them to walk her around the area and see if she can find her way home, if nearby. Jan, my friend needs someone who might help her walk the dog around. The dog seemed to know this house; neighbors say past tenants or owners 2 to 5 years ago had German Shepard, but their whereabouts are unknown.
