Hello, I am a local Chef offering my services catering foods for your family or small events. I make homemade comfort foods from scratch and deliver them to your home or event site to be reheated and served. Typically this works well for busy families who want to serve quality foods to their families or individuals that have an event that needs catering. My prices are reasonable and I use a simple system that works well for my clients. Fees for specialty items may vary. Here is how it works. I charge a $20 an hour labor fee for each order and then the foods are charged as follows: Vegetarian Entrees $5 per person (i.e. Vegetarian Lasagna) Chicken and Pork Entrees $6.50 per person (i.e. Herb Roasted Chicken, Spiced Pork Chops) Beef, Lamb, Seafood Entrees $8 per person (i.e. Beef Bourgonon, Lamb Stew, Shrimp Curry) Side Items $2 per person (i.e. Potatoes, Rice, Vegetables) Desserts $3 per person (i.e. Chocolate Cake, Cherry Pie)
