Description
Do you enjoy using your hands, tools and machines to build, make and fix things? If so, we are looking for a hard-working shop assistant/ handyman to join our team. In this position, you will help with various projects and be responsible for all ongoing maintenance related tasks.
A few examples of upcoming projects include: (1) Assisting in the development and fabrication of prototype fixtures (including tables, benches, fire pits and handcrafted lawn games) as part of our expansion into new service and experience offerings and (2) Assisting in the remodel of our office/storage/ building.
A few examples of ongoing maintenance related tasks include painting, installing, fixing, pressure washing, etc... to name a few.
To be a good candidate for this position, you must be capable of completing most basic maintenance and repair tasks without supervision. That means you must be comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools. Additionally, you must be a good listener and a quick learner. And above all – you must be honest!
Compensation will begin at $15.00 per hour and will be PAID DAILY with the potential for pay increases over time based on your performance and efficiency. This is a part time position with flexible hours.
