Apply Surface Coating to Balcony Floor

Please provide quote and recommendation for applying a coating to this balcony surface. Approx. 10' x 5' area on second story. (I'm thinking maybe some type of lightweight cementitious top layer for texture and paint with special epoxy paint) Please provide as much information on what you recommend and your experience applying it, and when you would be available to do it.
