Curious about fostering a dog

Hello CL community I am and have always been interested in being a dog foster but not really sure of the details and if I would qualify to be one. I can definitely provide a loving home but I work Monday thru Friday and have a dog myself (not sure if that's a benefit or hindrance. Guess it depends on the dog fostered) I do not have a big apartment but if I'm giving a dog a place that he can relax and its only a temporary situation I don't think that's too big of an issue. Anyway, I would love to talk to a current foster or an agency that could help me determine whether this is doable or just a pipe dream. There are too many people looking to take advantage of someone on this platform so unfortunately I require contact through email at first but I will of course provide a phone number once I know I am talking to a real person with real information.
