Dogs are being sold with Parvo. All pets should come with a Health Certificate. It's the LAW! Treatment is expensive. Official Certificates of Veterinary Inspection Florida official certificates of veterinary inspection, also known as health certificates, may be completed only by currently licensed Florida veterinarians accredited under the National Veterinary Accreditation Program. Currently licensed and accredited veterinarians may order health certificates from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services using the Health Certificate Order.
