Join us for a truly transformative healing session: a sound journey of energy renewal, body revitalization and mind clearing and set up your intentions to manifest the greatest good for your best self. A sound bath is a therapeutic concert which allows the body to achieve a deeper state of relaxation and the brain to transcend the thoughts and shift to a state of peaceful consciousness. You will be bathed by the sound and vibrations produced by different instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, rain stick, drums, koshi chimes, and crystal bowls, each bringing a unique tonal quality to this sonic treat. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and everything you need to be comfortable lying down on the floor. Ioana is a licensed acupuncturist and sound healer therapist. She trained in Seattle with Master Suren Shresta and she has been offering sound healing sessions since 2015.
