Celtic musical concert. Featured on Connecticut Public Television and in many other venues, this unique duo combines fiddler Jeanne Freeman, whose playing has been described as "effortlessly virtuosic" -- and balladeer/guitarist Dan Ringrose, whose voice has been called “stunning.” Together, they create a knock-out, toe-tapping, and hand clapping musical performance of traditional and original Celtic music interwoven with humor, stories, poetry, and history. Both faculty members at the Connecticut Academy of Irish Music (founded by Jeanne), they have performed widely throughout New England, and love to share their music with all ages.
