Drummer and AR Executive at a dominant NYC Pop Punk/Metalcore/Emo label seeking musicians to form a band: The initial goal is obviously finding the right members to establish an Active/Hard Rock band. I am influenced by bands like Chevelle, Deftones, Sevendust, Corey Taylor, Shinedown, etc. Please have similar influences or be open to them. I appreciate other hard rock/metal genres, but negotiating a product/brand to any reputable label without mass appeal, hooks, strong vocals/melodies, and appropriate image usually results in a hard pass. That is just the way it is. The goal: Create a minimal 3 song EP. Design a stellar/ simple 2 click EPK with music and socials. (Link tree is a simple and efficient content page to use). Continue to create a set list....practice till perfect...email, call and scout clubs to play....and start playing out as much as possible. Turn down nothing....even shit slots on Wednesdays at 8pm. Once our fans/followers and metrics are solid with regional touring optimized...then we move on to the next level.
