Enjoy the taste of Italy at our first of many cooking classes! On Friday, January 7, we will be hosting an Italian-focused cooking class with Chef Zach at Spoon & Spindle. Enjoy cooking demonstrations and instruction as our chef guides you through hosting, entertaining, and preparing an Italian meal that will blow your guests away!
We will be preparing an appetizer, main course, and dessert with wine pairings:
APPETIZER: Caprese salad with homemade mozzarella
MAIN COURSE: Fresh Tagliatelle with bolognese
Vegetarian Option: Mushroom Ragu
DESSERT: Panna cotta & biscotti with coffee
