Join Sarah Leah Chase for a unique winter picnic cocktail evening in partnership with Elin Hilderbrand’s Bucket List Weekend. The evening will kick off with a brief culinary demonstration of selected featured recipes on the menu, paired with French Sancerre wines (Elin’s favorite) and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs to honor Elin’s late great friend and South Carolinian comrade, “beach read” novelist Dorthea Benton Frank. Look forward to a relaxing Bucket Weekend evening finale, grazing and savoring a curated spread of Sarah’s very favorite North-and-South-of-the-Mason-Dixon Line recipes, with special Sancerre and Sauvignon Blanc wine pairing tips too. Menu will be announced soon, and will include highlights such as Sarah’s famous Nantucket Scallop Puffs, Hot Charleston Cheese Dip, BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders, and Southern Belle Coconut Rum Balls!
