Goal: To better understand the loan and title documents that you present to signers at closings. Every title officer that hires you to perform a signing on their behalf is placing their closing in your hands. We are going to take some time to walk through actual document packages and practice a closing them during our training. We will also review the behind seens time lines that make your job so important.
