Attendees will learn robust team-building strategies, critical thinking skills, employment law and employee accountability, as well as conflict resolution and situational leadership skills. THE INSTRUCTORS Frank Lisenbee is an award-winning speaker, nationally-published author, and executive coach with over 36 years of experience leading people and managing organizations of up to 4,800 personnel. While in the United States Air Force, he served as Chief Operations Officer for DoD’s largest dental activity and interim Command Chief at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Upon retiring from the military, Frank worked as an Occupational Analyst, Texas & Louisiana District Manager for a corporate dental company, Chief Operations Officer at a medical device company, and Practice Director of a 17-clinic medical group. In 2014, he founded Gravity Leadership & Management, LLC as well as Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) which provides executive consulting as well as human resources, compliance, and management support to over 124 healthcare organizations across the country. Frank is a graduate of the United States Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officers' Academy, and holds degrees in Dental Sciences, Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jennifer Baugher has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, human resources, and training and development. She joined the United States Air Force in 1990 as a dental assistant and moved through the ranks quickly to become a Group Practice Manager for six specialty clinics as well as a General Practice Residency program. Jennifer's remarkable ability to lead and mentor others landed her a special duty assignment as a Leadership Training Instructor where she taught leadership skills to over 720 students. After retirement from the military, she was the Texas District Manager for a national dental company before assuming responsibility for 28 dental offices as the organization's Vice President of Clinical Operations. Jennifer is graduate of the United States Air Force Noncommissioned Officers' Academy and holds degrees in Dental Sciences and Instructor Technology.
