Always lots of fun, our Wine Women and Song event is celebrating its 13th year! Always lots of fun, our Wine Women and Song event is celebrating its 11th year!  We are welcoming back the Fab 5, the tombola (lucky dip), raffle prizes .... and as usual, we'll be adding in some surprises.   We start off with a champagne reception as our guests arrive and catch up.  We have a fantastic raffle with amazing prizes and a tombola with cute gifts.  We will serve a delicious lunch with lots of wine and the Award Winning Fab 5 Beatles tribute band will keep you entertained throughout.   It's the ladies event of the year, call your friends and get your tickets before they sell out!   FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The Junior League offers free parking although most guest prefer to take a taxi or uber to this event as alcohol is served. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please email [email protected] with any questions. What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds for this event.  Any unused tickets will be deemed donations to BAFTX, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. What's the dress code for this event? Anything from smart casual upwards. We like our guests to feel comfortable and some take the opportunity to dress up. The British American Foundation of Texas was set up in 2006 to award scholarships to gifted and ambitious but financially underprivileged students in Texas to attend college.  To date, we have awarded nearly 650 scholarships worth over $1.1 million and our alumni are achieving beyond all expectations. BAFTX is proud to award scholarships to students who are a credit to themselves, their schools, families and us. There is plenty more work to be done, more talented students who simply need funding to be able to study.  "In all honesty, receiving a scholarship from BAFTX was the deciding factor for me to continue my education.
