barre3 pop-up at the Charles River Speedway
Together, we move. There is no bouncing back, just moving forward! We are kicking off the New Year with a pop-up class at The Charles River Speedway.
the class: barre3 is a full-body balanced workout, combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. You can expect a 45-minute bodyweight workout that is high-intensity, but low impact (no jumping!)
notes: class will be held in Garage B at the Charles River Speedway. It is a large event space with garage doors that open for fresh air. Weather permitted, we will open the garage doors for more air flow!
what to bring: no props required. Please bring a yoga mat for comfort and a water bottle to stay hydrated!
