Join the Party for Socialism and Liberation on February 5th for a conference on socialism and its imperative necessity. 2020’s economic crash and pandemic have left millions of people in the U.S. wondering more than ever if the system we live in -- capitalism -- is capable of providing for our needs. The uprising against racism has shown the power of unity and struggle of the people, while also revealing that our government sides with the racist killer cops. People across the U.S. are beginning to question capitalism and the “for profit” system that puts property over human life. Critique of capitalism is gaining popularity across the country as workers go on strike and tv shows reflect our struggles with debt or healthcare- but what should we as working people stand for? Can a system change society to work for us, not the billionaires? Socialism has become a popular talking point but many are unsure of its definition, and how a socialist system would come to be. Join the Party for Socialism and Liberation on February 5th for a conference on socialism, its imperative necessity, and how we can organize to achieve it. There will be panels of expert speakers and interactive workshops on various topics, and food will be provided for attendees.
