CLASS DETAILS: DAY 1 -- 03/15/22 -- 6:00pm-9:00pm: Welcome! We will begin by outlining the process of making the knives. Next you will pick your blades (many types available, from small carving blades, to drop points, to hunting). We will then cut pieces to size, prep, and epoxy the materials for the handle. The first day will be pretty full so its possible that we will go a little long (: DAY 2 -- 03/22/22 -- 6:00pm-9:00pm: We will start shaping the handles. Lastly, we will finish with tung oil, poly, or wax. That's it! You've made a custom knife! GEAR: All materials, tools, and safety equipment are provided! Optional: Feel free to bring a lucky coin or cool piece of wood or metal and we'll see if we can incorporate it into your knife! CLASSMATES: Come solo and make friends! Have a buddy sign up with you!
