Lost smaller mixed male dog

Found a smaller mixed male dog with a collar on last night at prince and 1st ave about to get hit by cars. He is a sweetheart and well behaved and cared for it seems. Please help me find the owners and verify the color of the collar. We will keep him safe until we find his owners. Thanks for helping him! 😊
